Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (Sai Gon). Meet at international Tan Son Nhat airport and transfer to the hotel in downtown Sai Gon. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Sai Gon.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cao Dai Temple - Cu Chi Tunnels Tour (B, L)
AM:We will start this trip to learn more about Cao Dai, take our tour to Tay Ninh - a province 95 kms South East of HCMC, close to Cambodia border. The Cao Dai Temple is like a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. Its exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of swastikas.
PM: After lunch, will leave Tay Ninh and travel to Cu Chi. Once in Vietnam, you must visit this spot. This is where guerilla warfare optimized and exemplified. You will learn the clever design of the tunnels and the strategic use of trap doors. You will have a chance to crawl around a portion of the 121 km long, multiple-layered tunnel. You’ll learn how thousands of guerillas managed to stay underground many days at a time, also their great technique to conceal smoke from their cooking. Tour ends in Saigon around 6:30. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta Tour - Can Tho (B, L, D)
AM: Leave Saigon for My Tho. My Tho is located on the northern banks of the Mekong river and is the closest town in the Delta area to Ho Chi Minh City, about 2 hours drive away. In the center of the town close to the river there is a large market that sells just about anything that can be eaten or is used in day to day business. Around the My Tho area you will find a maze of small canals that can be explored on one of the many organized boat tours. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and visit an orchard on an island, with lunch en route. Continue with a visit to a snake farm and then continue driving to Can Tho. Check-in hotel and stay overnight in Can Tho.
Day 4 : Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
Rising early to the sounds of the Delta coming to life for another day, we breakfast and start our trip with a boat cruise on sparking streams along the endless waterway of Mighty Mekong River to Cai rangfloating markets. There will be hundreds of boats loaded with fruits, vegetables and fish jostling for trade. Sellers advertisers their wares by crying out across the waters. We visit the lush orchards and are treated to a delicious tropical fruits. Afternoon drive back to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City - Dalat (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Our driver pick you up at the hotel and transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for the flight to Dalat City. Upon Dalat check in hotel and relaxation. Proceed to Dalat, The city is set around a lake and surrounded forests, waterfalls and rolling countryside.Visit the tea and coffee plantations in Lien Khuong. Free at leisure in the late afternoon. Overnight at hotelin Dalat.
Day 6: Dalat City Tour - Nha trang (B, L)
Our sightseeing tour of Da Lat takes in the former residence of Emperor Bao Dai, Hang Nga CrazyHouse, Tuyen LamLake, the Central Market, the Love Valley and Lam Ty Ni Pagoda.The afternoon, our guide anddriver will take us out of Da Lat and back down the Prenn Pass for a stop at the Chicken village. From here we will head east and down the Ngoan Muc pass to the coastal lowlands. Our destination for today is Nha Trang, the country\'s premier Resort town. This part of the country was once inhabited by an ancient civilization known as the Cham, and our next stop will be at the Po Klong Garai Cham tower. This amazing structure, which has endured the test of time, the elements and indeed war, was built in the 13th century. We will stop for a late lunch en-route and arrive in Nha Tranglate afternoon. Overnight at hotel in Nha trang.
Day 7: Nha Trang Island Tour (B, L)
Start from your hotel to Cau Da port. Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island is the first place to visit, many sea species of Nha Trang/Khanh Hoa province make a small ocean world there. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Visit a fishing village and taking a fresh lunch at the island. On the way back you will be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest. Overnight at hotel in Nha trang.
Day 8: Nha Trang Beach Relaxation (B)
Today is a free day on your own. You will enjoy fresh air of beach with some activities and almost sunshine and free to expose yourself to the sun, tasting delicious seafood specialties of Nha Trang coastal city. Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 9: Nha Trang - Saigon Departure (B)
After breakfast, until time, pick you up at the hotel and transfer to Cam Ranh Airport to Saigon connecting to your departure flight. No accommodation and transfer to hotel in Saigon (it will be arranged as your request). End of services.
