Prepaid account charges vary from 1,700-2,500 dong perminute. Recharge cards are available in denominations of 50,000, 100,000,200,000 and 500,000 dong.
Roaming onto Vietnam GSM networks are possible withforeign mobile phones, subject to agreements betweenoperators.
